These Terms govern your use of Budo Forge ("Forge", "we", "us"), a software service that generates marketing content. By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms.
Forge uses AI to generate marketing materials (such as blog posts, social posts, ads, emails, SMS, funnels and guides) based on the information you provide. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all content before you use or send it.
You must provide a valid email to use Forge. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Forge to create unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to spam, or to violate the terms of any platform you connect (including GoHighLevel) or any third-party service. You are responsible for complying with marketing, advertising and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
You own the information you enter and the content Forge generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material (logos, images, text) you upload.
Forge relies on third parties (including AI providers, hosting, email and image providers, and GoHighLevel). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Forge is a content tool. We do not guarantee any particular marketing, business or revenue outcome, nor the accuracy of generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using Forge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
