Budo Forge ("Forge", "we") provides an AI marketing-content tool. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: budopulse@gmail.com.
To provide and operate the service, generate your content, manage your account and subscription, enforce usage limits, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the service, and consent where required.
We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run Forge:
Data is stored securely with access controls. Secrets and tokens are kept server-side. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no system is completely secure.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your campaigns at any time, and delete your account to remove your personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
If you are in the UK/EU you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact budopulse@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from within the app.
If you enter personal data about your own students or customers, you are the controller of that data and responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. Forge processes it only to generate your content.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. On some of our marketing pages we also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
